Wayne Griggs has true soul. You can find him spinning records before VERVE shows. He has a vast knowledge of the classics- recently he turned HappyParts on (that sounds curious) to David Axelrod. Hearing an amazing record is always a thrill for an audiophile geek like HappyParts. Granted Jefferson Parker or Erik Bluhm probably played this for me during college- but HPR was probably too hopped up to focus. That was then, this is now.
