Golden Animals They tracked their debut LP recorded at Tiny Telephone in October with Chris Coady. (Yeah Yeah Yeah’s, T.V On The Radio) They will mix the record at The Hangar with Thom Monahan (Devendra Banhart, Vetiver) for an early 2008 release. You can check their MySpace page for confirmed shows. Their self-titled E.P. has recently sold out. (still available on finer digital stores) You can also find a neew track on Manimal Vinyl’s “Through The Wilderness-A-Tribute to Madonna” release. Pitchfork called it a “dusty California guitar nugget. Golden Animals drop out the chorus and rewrite ‘Beautiful Stranger (Blues)’ as Creedence Clearwater Revival swamp blues.” Back in August, Other Music first proclaimed, “These guys are the living life.” Stay tuned- Golden Animals will deliver a true long player.

The Impediments Once these rebels get their shit together- We will be tracking a record for a spring 2008 release- Quality Glam/Punk shake appeal. The guitars alone will get the junior class pregnant. Ray- time get busy. Before your cases go to court.
