Google Wave: Drag and Drop, Baby.

Vodpod videos no longer available.

Puddlegum covers the G-Wave nicely – it’s uses can be applied to any industry really,  I was waiting for the day when I could drag and drop a song,  photo,  flyer – without having to upload and do tiny urls and stuff.  Work Flow software and applications make life easier, period.  This kind of stuff will continue to eliminate jobs.  The one man indie label model has truly arrived.  (Add that Topspin juju too. ICR?!) Backline details? tweet it. Guest List addition? tweet it.  Talent? You can’t tweet that.  It also can’t replace loading in, and out.  You can’t tweet your gear to the stage. (actually – electronic artists could.) That’s a another concept coming soon: web projection of shows on walls.

How will it affect music?
