Classic Track of Day – The Flying Burrito Bros.

From various un-confirmed rock historians Gram Parsons was turned out on planet dope during these recordings. Grandiose rock star life kicked in – and the meticulous, heart-felt  effort he placed on The Gilded Place of Sin – was lost in a rock celebrity world of dope, mirrors, and boas.   Blame it on the Stones.  I’ve learned not to be so  judgemental.  I just think this track is a gasser,   ‘Countrywood A Go-Go,’  baby.
